Playing together since the ’80s, System 9 is seasoned, professional, and—above all—as entertaining a group of musicians as you want them to be.

A bit about us

System 9 is a seven-piece band (though we can scale the group down as needed). We play a wide variety of music including classic rock, r&b,  jazz, swing, and standards. We're based in the San Francisco Bay Area and have played just about every kind of event you can image—nightclubs, weddings, corporate events, city festivals, street fairs, bay cruises, and private parties. If you want people up on their feet shakin' it, we can make that happen. If you'd prefer that we lay back and add to the atmosphere, we've got that covered as well.
